Questions

Will I have to go upside down?

No. Beginner classes start low with your feet on the floor, and every inversion is optional. You progress when you feel ready.

Do I need upper-body strength or flexibility?

No. The hammock supports you, which is exactly why aerial is a good place to start. Strength and flexibility are what you build in class.

What should I wear?

Fitted clothes that cover your underarms and the backs of your knees, where the silk touches. No zippers, jewellery or lotion.

How do I book?

Take the 30-second check above, then pick a class this week. You pay $25 and confirm your spot in Mindbody, our booking system.

Can I try a class before I commit?

Yes. No membership is needed. Your first class is $25. Come try it, then decide.

Will I get hurt?

We teach you to train safely, and every class is taught at your own level. As with any physical activity there is some risk, so tell David about any injury before class and he will help you work within your comfort zone.
